What reminds you of the "heat"?

For my level of textiles as the theme of our assement is a sanctuary, and one I decided to go into detail about the heat. So far, I developed a glove, scarf, hat, house flies, cup of hot chocolate, a hot water bottle, slippers, a horseman, a candle and a fireplace. For homework Easter my teacher told me applied to 4 other drawings on A3 paper – 2 on white paper, and 2 on black. Does anyone have any idea what I can learn? Thank you:)

If you want to customize the maps the day of your Valentine this year, you can do with some easy crafts and minutes Spare your time. To start using some easy do-it-yourself cards Valentine's Day, here are the supplies you'll need:

 • Valentine scrapbooking paper
• The day an old Valentine's Cards
 • Heart-shaped rubber stamp with a red stamp or black ink
 • Heart-shaped holes
 • Red or white cardstock
 • Red foam or white paper
 • Glue stick
 • Scissors
 • Family photos
 • Glitter
 • Red and White Ribbon

Now that you have all the supplies provided to you, let's go with your birthday card on Valentine's Day. Here is a simple step-by-step what it takes make:

Step # 1 – Getting ready decorations

Since 1842, when Cadbury, England created the first chocolate bar, millions of people have had a love affair with chocolate. It is estimated that the average American eats 4.5 kilos per year and the average Swiss eats 9.5!

Of course the history of chocolate dates back to the old Olmec and Aztec civilizations where it was considered a food as "gods."

Personally, I did never been a big fan of chocolate, at least not until I started experiencing pure raw cacao. I think the reason is that the normal chocolate was literally cooked to death. To make a typical chocolate bar, cocoa beans are crushed, fermented and then roasted 150 ° C (300 ° F) for 1 to 2 hours. After that, they are soaked in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.

When you add sugar processed dairy products, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors and chemical substance in this life without chocolate is not surprising some people develop allergies to chocolate. Interestingly, though, I saw that most people with allergies to chocolate have a similar reaction of raw cocoa.

To make this recipe you need grinder or mortar and pestle

Ingredients for chocolate simple

1 / 2 C whole peeled cacao beans, ground
1 / 8 coconut C oil
1 / 8 C melted cacao butter (use oil coconut if not available)
1 / 4 C raw honey or raw agave syrup

Optional Ingredients:

1 / 4 cup raisins
1 T finely chopped almonds
Orange 1 drop of lemon, clove essential oil lavender or other
Cinnamon to taste
Celtic Sea Salt to taste

Preparation:

Grind cacao until it is very thin. The cocoa will have a consistency like raw almond butter and stick to the walls of the mill. Mix ground cacao with coconut oil or cocoa butter in the grinder. Remove and add the mixture of honey and other ingredients. Mix well with a fork. The mixture should be able to be cast. If not, add more coconut oil. Pour into ice cube trays and / or other forms and freeze 45 minutes. Serve immediately after removed from the freezer.
