Outdoor Easter Egg – decorating ideas – The best cheapest /?
I plan to make decorations for a festival of Easter the local park, and one of the decorations I had intended to make an Easter egg, about 1.5 feet high. I need paint it somehow … Should be able to handle weather: rain, fog, etc. for a few days … Any ideas what would be the least expensive / best method? I thought papermache but I'm not sure how, plus I would not want to melt the paint and if I Could take wet with something? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
Use several layers of masking tape to the egg. Then, use enamel paint to spray the whole thing one color. Then, use permanent markers to decorate or pieces of tape colored duct tape (available at Michael's, Home Depot, Lowes and other craft and home stores).
