easter craft projects
can you give me some ideas on what fun things children can do for Easter?
I volunteer to help my church have fun things for children who attend … so far I have thought about having an egg hunt with prizes for winners, a coloring contest a few pictures of Easter, and baking some cupcakes Easter cute for them … Are there other ideas, like art or they can do crafts or other activities that may be fun for them?? these children are aged 2-13 Thanks!
For older children may be a relay ball, divide into teams, each person must run the ball between his legs to an obstacle course. The last person in the team has to pop the ball to win. (To make it more difficult to tell them they can not touch the ball with their hands). Younger people may try a bridge carrying a hard boiled egg with a spoon. The youngest of the group, the higher the blade shall be (spoons service for young people 2yr, teaspoons for children aged 5 years) for your egg hunt … why not try and make a sort of hunting treasure clues with something inside the eggs to take them to their next egg. The last egg they can find their "Price". One suggestion, I award prizes to all children, not just the winners. This way you can avoid the tears of losing teams. Have Fun:)
