I am fasting for Easter. Any good vegan recipes?

I can not eat anything that comes from an animal (including butter, eggs, fish). Can not eat vegetables, fruits, seafood and oil. Any good simple vegan recipes would be appreciated. Yes I can eat mussels for any reason. I do not know why, it is part of fasting. I think they do not consider an animal because it no bones. Anyway. Please help, I eat the same thing every day until now, soups, apples jacket potatoes pasta with soya mince. I hate soy, but keep the fast and continue to eat I guess. Vegans you are heroes.
