Since 1842, when Cadbury, England created the first chocolate bar, millions of people have had a love affair with chocolate. It is estimated that the average American eats 4.5 kilos per year and the average Swiss eats 9.5!

Personally, I did never been a big fan of chocolate, at least not until I started experiencing pure raw cacao. I think the reason is that the normal chocolate was literally cooked to death. Ingredients for chocolate simple

1 / 2 C whole peeled cacao beans, ground
1 / 8 coconut C oil
1 / 8 C melted cacao butter (use oil coconut if not available)
1 / 4 C raw honey or raw agave syrup

Optional Ingredients:

1 / 4 cup raisins
1 T finely chopped almonds
Orange 1 drop of lemon, clove essential oil lavender or other
Cinnamon to taste
Celtic Sea Salt to taste

Preparation:

Grind cacao until it is very thin. The cocoa will have a consistency like raw almond butter and stick to the walls of the mill. Mix ground cacao with coconut oil or cocoa butter in the grinder. Remove and add the mixture of honey and other ingredients. Mix well with a fork. The mixture should be able to be cast. If not, add more coconut oil. Pour into ice cube trays and / or other forms and freeze 45 minutes. Serve immediately after removed from the freezer.

Paper plates are cheap basic ingredient in how to make party hat creations for kids your party. If you have a theme single party and can not find hats to match, just make
your own. Children will enjoy hands on approach and will save you some dollars in the process.

Paper plates Party Hat

Start with a quantity of paper plates cheap, the kind with the edge scalloped. The outer edge of the plate will form a group that goes around the child's head. The center of the plate will be colored, drawn on, or otherwise decorated

Start by cutting just outside the headband part, leaving the inner part of the circular plate returned to decorate. Simply paste on a table that relates to the theme of your party. This could be a Barbie picture, a race car, or
whatever. It is easy to copy pictures that you see Internet or in coloring books for children, and let the kids color in.

Another simple design of the paper plate is a hat shaped like a heart. Fold plate in half and draw half a heart on it. Another option is to cut the inner circle of a paper plate. Staple a paper bowl to plate cardboard. Decorate with silk flowers, fabric, tulle, felt, ribbon markers. Add
ribbon or light elastic to opposite sides of the plate to secure on the head.

You can even take an intact paper plate and decorate with a daisy, sunflower, sun, or design ladybug. Paint the plate in the desired color and let dry. Cut flower petals, sun rays, or ladybug spots in the appropriate colors and let the kids build the design of their choice. As always, run a ribbon tied through a hole on each side of the plate to take the "cap" on.
